A simple salo-salo took place at Nanay’s house yesterday to celebrate Mom and Dad’s 25th Anniversary. We passed by TriNoMa and bought Red Ribbon’s White Forest.

The melt-in-your-mouth premium white chocolate is light and sweet compared to its counterpart, the Black Forest. Everything is white – the chocolate shavings, cream, and chiffon – except of course for the cherry filling and whole maraschino cherries on top. My first slice was a piece of heaven, I loved its light and creamy taste.

A regular-sized White Forest Cake normally costs Php 560.00 but we bought ours on a 20% discount. Try this yummy white chocolate cake too!
