The celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s 60th year in throne kicked off with a Diamond Jubilee Weekend last June with a big Jubilee lunch, the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant, a BBC Concert at the Buckingham Palace, a service at St. Paul’s Cathedral, a lunch at West Minister, a carriage procession to Buckingham Palace and a balcony appearance by Her Majesty. Leave to brew for 3-4 minutes. For best results, use a China or iron teapot, and enjoy with milk, sugar, honey or lemon, depending on your preference.
