Honestly, I only know how to cook two dishes using squid: Adobong Pusit and Grilled Squid. Being a kitchen newbie, I’m trying to master simple recipes and basic flavors first before going to the intermediate level. This Stir-Fried Squid with Bell Peppers is a Mama Sita’s recipe. From now on, Oyster Sauce will be part of my pantry staples. With it, I can cook a myriad of quick and easy dishes for my family regularly.
Tip: Grilling the bell peppers first will give the dish a hint of smoky flavor. 🙂
