SM Supermarket & Savemore threw the biggest kiddie party in the metro and it ended with the grand finale last September 8 at SM Megamall.
Following its success last year, SM Kids’ City toured around six malls including SM Dasmarinas, SM Fairview, SM Southmall, SM Center Angono, SM San Lazaro, and SM Megamall. We were able to go last year and this year (with my sister & my son) is our second time to share the fun with other mommies, daddies, and kids.
We had a blast during SM Kids’ City’s final leg last Saturday. Kids had fun exploring the play houses and coloring area, participated in on-stage games and won prizes, and witnessed amazing acts by A Live, Mad Science, and Jiggles the Balloon Lady.
My son was ecstatic during the Mad Science experiments. He said he would like to try the experiments at home.
What’s a party without a special guest? Celebrities like PBA legend Alvin Patrimonio, actresses Jelai Andres, Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, and Andrea Brillantes were there to offer great deals and discounts on some of the brands they’re promoting. May cooking demos and meet & greet pa!
I was able to take photos with Mr. Alvin Patrimonio and I couldn’t hide my excitement! My mom & I were PBA fans back then.
We also got our tummies filled with Pinoy merienda by SM Eats (turon with langka, siopao, and ube soft-served ice cream.)
And since there are a lot of brands that participated during the event, we went to each and every stall and sampled all the food they offered. Some of the booths gave us freebies pa to take home! I also liked that the booths showcased their brands’ characters as mascots. Nag-enjoy magpapicture ang mga bagets!
The brands/companies that SM Markets partnered with include Pampers, Johnson’s Baby, URC, Huggies, Koko Krunch, Lactum 3+ and 6+, Lucky Me!, Purefoods, Maggi, Knorr, Federated Distributors, Inc., Barilla, Papa Catsup, American Garden, McCormick, Century Tuna, Argentina Corned Beef, 555 Tuna, Angel Kremdensada, Ajinomoto, Nextrade Philippines, Inc., Delimondo, and Samyang.
SM Kids’ City 2018 kiddie party was a fun-filled experience for us and also for all families and mallgoers who came to the event. We’ll be looking forward to next year’s SM Kids’ City! 🙂

I haven’t attended an event in SM yet, although it remains to be my favorite mall. SM Southmall, that is. Looks like you had such a grand time. Love those soft serves!
