Scholastic Publishing Inc., the largest publisher and distributor of children’s books in the world, is having their most awaited warehouse sale (yay to that!), titled Sizzling Summer Sale on March 23 – May 24, 2015.

Scholastic takes pride in providing high quality, educational, and entertaining reading materials that encourage children to read and to learn. Its advocacy is to promote literacy, because it is believed that literacy is an essential starting point for a person – a child – to succeed in career and in life.

During the Scholastic’s Sizzling Summer Sale, you can take advantage of the wide selection of picture books, fiction and nonfiction books, popular series, references, inspirational, arts and crafts and interactive products that are offered at up to 80% discount!

Their warehouse gates are open 9am-6pm daily, except on Sundays and holidays. Please note that in observance of the Holy Week, they will be only until 12 noon on April 1 and will resume on Easter Monday, April 6.

As a parent who grew up reading (and loving) books, I’ll never let this opportunity pass. I’ve been to several book sales in the past and each experience is definitely worthwhile. I’m sure to grab some books at the Sizzling Summer Sale for my children’s upcoming summer reading program.
