We tried this “fun roll of prawn tempura and cream cheese coated with colorful, crispy rice puffs” at Metro by Tokyo Tokyo Restaurant. The rainbow rice puffs didn’t add much to the taste and they gave me a feeling that I’m eating micro styro balls. LOL. Anyway, there were enough cream cheese and shrimp for me to enjoy the dish.
You may wonder what’s the difference with Metro by Tokyo Tokyo and Tokyo Tokyo. Well, Metro by Tokyo Tokyo is an upgraded version of Tokyo Tokyo fast food. It’s a restaurant to start with, where you will be given the menu and wait for your order to be served. We dined at SM North EDSA Annex branch.
