Mega Prime Quality: Holiday Workshop for Moms
I was invited last weekend to an enjoyable event for moms — a holiday workshop hosted by Mega Prime Quality to help moms prepare for the challenges of the holiday season, especially in the kitchen.
Because moms are the most stressed when it comes to preparing for the holidays (uyy totoo ha!), Mega Prime stepped in to empower moms to be the best homemakers. The holiday workshop was held at The Block Atrium, SM City North EDSA and was exclusive to Prime Mom Club members, bloggers, and members of the media.
I was with my son, and we were surprised to have been welcomed by a long grazing table overflowing with charcuterie food. We already had our lunch at KFC before heading to the event so medyo busog din kami, but the buffet looks mouthwatering so kumain ulit kami! 🙂

Aside from cold cuts, fruits, nuts, crackers, and cheese slices, there were dishes prepared using Mega Prime Quality products. Yummo! 🙂
We arrived early so I had time to roam the area and I saw a former officemate of mine — Mommy Dompy of hitsandmrs.com 🙂 We joined their table (she’s with her daughter) and after a few minutes of catching up, Z asked me if he could go to the arts & crafts station for kids.
The kids spent their time in arts & crafts corner creating holiday cards, playing with toys, and making art.
The event officially started with opening messages from Mega Prime company officials, then with Chef Rosebud Benitez‘s cooking demos — a new holiday recipe called Veggie Pasta (with Mega Prime Pieces & Stems Mushroom and Mega Prime Green Peas), Peach and Mango Mocktail (using Mega Prime Peach Halves), and Creamy Fruit and Nata de Coco Dessert (made of Mega Prime Tropical Fruit Cocktail and Mega Prime Nata de Coco). I will include the recipes by the end of this post. 🙂
Guest celebrity mom Say Alonzo was also able to share her Do It Yourself (DIY) Winter Wonderland Terrarium with all moms, wherein moms and kids had a wonderful time filling their terrariums with small Christmas figurines, tiny Christmas trees, and fake snow.
Honorary Prime Mom Club member, Marian Rivera-Dantes, also graced the event. We weren’t able to join the terrarium-making workshop and see Marian Rivera in person because I had to go to BrainLight Learning Center to learn more about Singapore Math.
Thank you Mega Prime Quality for helping us moms be more confident in the kitchen and for providing delicious & convenient food products for moms with busy schedules. 🙂
