PLDT Home DSL treated me and my family to a blocked movie screening of “Heaven is for Real” at Newport Cinemas (Resorts World Manila) last April 25. It’s an inspirational film based on a true story of a little boy who claimed to have visited heaven – saw the angels singing, walked with Jesus, and met his other relatives – while undergoing an emergency surgery in the hospital. Their faith, judgement, and courage as a family were tested when people learned about the boy’s extraordinary experience.

Since the movie is about strengthening family ties and connections, we were introduced to the Ledesma family. After the success of PLDT’s “Anna Banana” campaign with Derek Lorenzo and his family, the Ledesmas are now being noticed because of a bright little boy and his advice column on Facebook, “Ask Diego.” Diego is still young to answer varied questions from strangers so his parents (Paolo and Lara) and his Ate Trisha filter these questions and help with the answers.
