SM City North EDSA’s holiday theme for 2012 is Hello Kitty! It’s the cutest theme they’ve had so far and we’re not going to miss it. So after we had dinner last night, we went to The Block Atrium to check out the Hello Kitty Village wherein 4 mini houses were installed for exhibit: Hello Kitty Cake Shop, Hello Kitty Activity Hall, Hello Kitty House, and Hello Kitty Cafe. The crowd was pretty thick and everyone was having fun trying to get photos. We managed to steal a few then we left the area immediately. The crowd’s too much for a pregnant mom with a history of fainting spells like me.
The launch of the iconic Hello Kitty x SM City North EDSA Christmas took place last November 10 at The Block Atrium, hosted by Raymond Gutierrez and Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes. The exhibit and Hello Kitty shops will be opened to the public until December or January, so drop by SM City North EDSA to experience a kawaii holiday with your family and loved ones.
And please do visit the SkyGarden Walkway too. Hello Kitty lanterns and decorations are out and about the area. For more info, go to www.facebook.com/smnedsa.
My 5-year old sister’s in love with everything girly and pink, and Hello Kitty’s one of them.
We had our snacks at Famous Belgian Waffles. My sister ordered Strawberry Creamcheese (because it’s pink!), I had my usual Blueberry Creamcheese plus a Banana Hazelnut for take out, and mom tried the Ham & Cheddar sandwich. They have one of the tastiest waffle sandwiches in town.
