My quest to finding all-natural and organic products for me and my family led me to By Nature Handmade Soaps. Although I do not intend to completely eliminate or ban artificially-made products in our home, my goal is to replace them whenever there is a better alternative.

Chemicals from soaps, lotions, creams, and fragrances are easily absorbed by the skin into the bloodstream. This is the reason why we should be aware of the skin products we use. I’m glad to have found these organic soaps. By Nature Handmade Soaps have no chemical preservatives, no chemical additives, no animal by-products, and no artificial coloring. Their soaps are all handmade, biodegradable, environment-friendly, and safe for babies and pregnant moms.

Prices of soap bars (regular, special, and premium bars) range from PhP 100 – PhP 200.

Citrus White
The safest 100% natural whitening and skin lightening bar; even pregnant moms may use it. Citrus White contains natural lemon and sweet orange essential oils and 4 kinds of natural whitening extracts. It also contains arbutin (for extra whitening), goat’s milk (for moisturizing), and oatmeal (for exfoliation).

Eucalyptus Breeze
I chose this special 100% natural bar for my husband. It contains eucalyptus and lemongrass essential oils that are both antiseptics for oily and acne-prone skin.  Cucumber extract is added for its astringent and skin toning properties. My husband has been suffering from back acne or “bacne” and this soap addresses his skin problems well.

Notice that I have red patches on my palm. It happens every time I use detergent bars. I’m allergic to anything with harsh chemicals.

These By Nature Handmade Soaps are not only great for the skin, they’re also great bathroom deodorizers. I swear that our bathroom smells like the spa whenever I have two or three bars opened. I also want to try their wooden soap dish and check if they help soaps last longer.
