After a late night event that I attended last August 18 I surprised my husband with a Black Forest Cake for his birthday.
Why Black Forest? It’s my hubby’s fave. And since I was passing by Glorietta that time I thought of getting him a junior size cake that we can both enjoy for the midnight.
What I love about Red Ribbon’s Black Forest cake is the bitter sweet chocolate sponge cake and shavings. The bitter sweet flavor takes out the “umay” factor. And with cherries, cream and a hint of liquor, the cake becomes an irresistible treat.
Black Forest Cake = 365 pesos = Three layers of chocolate bliss!
