Ian Darcy Perfume Review
My last perfume bottle will be empty soon so I thought of buying myself another one. Pero naman, kailangan bang gumastos ng sobra para lang maging mabango? 🙂
I’m so happy that I found out about Ian Darcy Oil-Rich Fragrance Collections. Ian and I have known each other through blogging a few years back. He would send me and my blogger amigas products for review from time to time and I’ll always remember him for that. And since we follow each other’s social media accounts, I also came to know about his perfume business.
My husband and I have been using Ian Darcy perfume for weeks now. I have the Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste and the Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey. I bought my husband a 100mL bottle of Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio. Ian recommended these scents for me.
I’m loving Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey with Clementine, Peach, Nectarine, Blackcurrant, Plum, Vetiver, Honey fragrance notes. It’s an Ian Darcy perfume bestseller. 🙂 It starts off so-so, then habang tumatagal bumabango. The Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste has a bolder floral scent, and I use it for days that I needed cheering up.

I’m not really obsessed with perfumes, in fact I have allergic rhinitis (so I don’t like putting on perfume but I’m always on the lookout for the best air purifiers in the market). I only wear perfume to help boost my confidence or just simply set the right mood for the day. 3 sprays are enough.
My favorite signature perfumes are Clinique Happy, Davidoff Cool Water for Women, Calvin Klein Eternity Aqua for Women, and Vera Wang Princess. I only use expensive perfumes for special occasions, but now that I have Ian Darcy “Everyday Signature Perfume”, kahit araw-araw pa! 🙂

Why do I love Ian Darcy Fragrances?
- Oil-rich and long-lasting. Their Eau De Parfum is imported from France and the scent lasts for hours. And since it’s eau de parfum, it’s more concentrated. My husband goes to work at 5:30 AM and comes home 4:30 PM — ang bango pa rin! Even our laundry bin smells heavenly. 🙂
- Smells just like your favorite signature perfume. Who would’ve guessed that you’re wearing PhP 250 perfume? Their Acqua Di Gio smells just like the original. Nakaka-sosyal!
- Affordable. PhP 250 for 60mL and PhP 350 for 100mL. Good value for money, diba? You can also buy them as gifts, just make sure you know the person’s scent preference.

I have never heard of this brand before but what’s not to like about a more affordable perfume brand that smells just like the authentic ones right? I wanted to try Jo Malone but since it is uber expensive and am not yet sure whether I will love it, I think I will go for this more budget-friendly alternative. Will check them out pag napunta ako sa SM North or check ko din sila sa FB if I can order online.
Try Ian Darcy’s Jo Malone. It’s my cousin’s fave and one time sabi niya, “wow Jo Malone ka rin Ate!” Tapos sabi ko, Yah pero mura lang yung sakin!” Na-amaze siya hahaha. 🙂
I followed its IG account and wil also check their online store. I am not really fan of signature perfume, I’d rather buy a gold jewelry, something that I can keep than having an empty bottle that means throwing away of money. I love clinique happy though, once I convinced myself to buy. But this time, I think I’ll try Ian Darcy first, tipid tipid muna. 😝

At super close so scent ng original perfumes. My cousin couldn’t tell the difference. Pareho lang daw amoy ng real Jo Malone sa Ian Darcy Jo Malone ko 🙂
Since I always stay at home bihira rin ko magperfume, buti na lang kasi ang mahal talaga ng perfume di ba. Sometimes I also use the cologne of my son kung sa tabi-tabi lang naman ang lakad ko. hehehe! Affordable ang Ian Darcy ha.
Pareho tayo! I also use baby cologne kapag sa bahay lang. But when I bought Ian Darcy, haha no to baby cologne na. Mabango and affordable pa 🙂
Like you, I have allergic rhinitis and it gets severe pag bago ang scent. I was once hospitalized because of a new air purifier scent I used. Kaya ang dalang ko talaga mag perfume. It’s my first time to read about Ian Darcy, I’ll check this brand minsan.
Ang hirap talaga kapag may allergic rhinitis 🙁 For us parang 1 spray okay na, para hindi mairritate ang nose. You can buy these perfumes for your kids din. 🙂

Oh my! Sayang, late ko nabasa. We were in SM North Edsa yesterday, sayang yung promo. I love perfumes, pero I use it sparingly because it’s pricey. But with these, I can spray all I want, or maybe not if it lasts long 🙂
